Order Info
Ground Orders are shipped on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Express Orders will ship within 24 hours of order payment received.
For orders with a delivery address outside of North America, please e-mail or phone us at info@eatorganicpanties.com.
All costs are in Canadian Dollars. Shipping times are approximate and may be longer during the busy holiday seasons. Please allow plenty of time if shipping items as gifts. Small Orders are shipped via U.S. Post standard service and Canada Post expedited, unless Express Service is selected. Larger shipments are shipped via Fed Ex International Ground, unless Express Service is selected. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. Please recycle all packaging.
Stock Availability
We will keep our stock lists as up to date as possible. If, however, stock availability on your order has changed, we will inform you via e-mail with an approximate time frame on a restocking date, or give you the option to change or cancel your order. In the event of partial orders, we will ship the items in-stock and remove any items out of stock from your order. Shipping fees will be adjusted accordingly.
Pricing
All prices are in Canadian Dollars. All items will be sold at the quoted Canadian price. For US orders the exchange rate will be the rate that your credit card provider uses at the time of the transaction. Prices listed on the page and in the shopping cart do not include shipping, handling fees or taxes. As you check out you will be able to choose the shipping option which best suites you. Taxes will be added according to your location. The final price (including applicable taxes, shipping and exchange rate) will be displayed prior to completing your purchase.
Method of Payment
Purchases can be made with Paypal or by Cheque on Wholesale orders. Any payments made by cheque will be received and cleared prior to shipment.
Taxes
No tax will be added to US orders. If you are ordering from within British Columbia, Canada 5% GST & 7% PST will be added to your order total. If you are ordering from any other Canadian province, only 5% GST will be added to your total.
