Return Policy
If you have any questions prior to purchasing our panties we would be happy to answer them. Simply email info@eatorganicpanties.com.
Due to the intimate nature of undergarments, the panties cannot be returned. In the event that you have received the wrong size or colour as confirmed on your invoice, an exchange will be happily accepted. If you need to exchange an item because your order was mis-shipped, please email us at info@eatorganicpanties.com within 7 days of receiving your order. The product will be given a Return Authorization number. An RA number must accompany the return and the return must arrive at our warehouse no more than 20 days from the time you requested an exchange. Please ensure returned items are packaged safely, as we cannot accept damaged returns.

Please include: your contact information, the Return Authorization number (see above), and a copy of your invoice showing the correct size or colour that you purchased.
Cancellation/Changes to Orders
Your order will be shipped within 24 hours of order payment received. If the order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may only cancel your order via telephone or email until the time that your order has been shipped.
